Covid – 19, friends that’s a new normal so let’s accept the fact and move forward. What is moving forward and how do we do it?

We as an “HR” are responsible for all of them – directly or indirectly. All function smoothly basis the availability of resources, tools, manpower and connectivity (In current Covid situation). Let us pick up the one – Manpower!
No doubt, this pandemic has shaken up the job market and ,many are loosing jobs as well as hiring partners are looking to sustain as partners of the hiring organizations but on the other side a bunch of companies are looking at converting times into opportunity and need to have additional manpower to achieve their goals, may be lesser pace.
Infact this is the best time to hire and make best utilization of time in investing and handholding new hires, when the world is flexible on timelines. You have ample time to make resource productive with all efforts in your timelines without pressure. Still if you are thinking about how I plan my expansion, should I be hiring , the answer is YES !
